Russell Smith
Began as General Manager on January 1, 2025 after being with our company for 2 1/2 years. Russell brings in over 18 years of water and sewer experience. In his time away from work, you can find Russell either coaching his son and others in youth baseball or volunteering his time at Midland Valley Fire Department.
Amanda Knott
She was hired in 2019 and has over 14 years of management experience. She is married to A.J. Knott . Amanda has lived in Aiken County all of her life. She has 2 grown sons and two Bonus children whom she loves like her own. She enjoys spending time with her family. Her granddaughter and grandson bring such joy to her life.
