The United States Postal Service is having delays in the mail after combing four facilities into one. If you are having trouble getting your bill, we are suggesting to sign up for email bill, call our office if you are interested in getting an email bill. If you chose to mail in a check to pay your bill, we are seeing up to three weeks delay in getting our mail. Failure to receive bill does not excuse non- payment or penalties.
Did you notice the sewer amount change? The sewer is adjusted in the summertime because the sprinkler water doesn't go into the sewer. Starting November - March you pay the full sewer usage. This is the time frame we use to get the adjusted sewer usage for the summer rate. We recommend that our customers to cut back on the sprinklers about mid- October.
